Students have wonderful opportunities to undertake mentored research while at CWU. Certain public health courses require a research-based project, and offer students the chance to work with the instructor to pursue presentations or publications following the course.
Presenting at CWU’s Symposium on Undergraduate Research and Creative Expression (SOURCE) is one way students can enjoy the fruits of scholarly effort. Visit the SOURCE page for more information. If you decide you’d like to submit an abstract, visit a faculty member to discuss your idea and plan for submission!
All of our faculty enjoy mentoring students in the research process and we welcome your interests and ideas for projects. In addition, we often have current studies in progress, and may be in need of research assistance. Drop by to talk with a faculty member about how you might get involved!
